To select best film from so many short films is like finding needle in haystack. First competition of Picrare was help in Pandamic situation. Reson of organising competition was to keep creative minds busy in creative work and to motivate everyone in such situations. Films submitted by participants in first competition make people laugh, cry, think with thier thoughts, acting, script, editing & direction.
